The Mediterranean Villa is organised around climate. Courtyard, pool and interior gather on a single ground; shade and cool air are treated as architectural decisions, not afterthoughts.
Upper-level timber screens, close in spirit to mashrabiya, hold privacy while letting evening light settle as a warm grain across the rooms. Arched thresholds and an open kitchen carry daily life outdoors.
The material palette stays quiet: lime plaster, timber, stone and water. The house is meant to frame the site, not compete with it.
